Theron Ahlman is a licensed realtor in Nebraska and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He earned a degree in marketing from the University of Nebraska, was born and raised in Lincoln, NE, and has lived in Nebraska his entire life.
Theron is an owner of Avid Realty and has over 25 years of experience helping clients and families meet their specific needs. He personally built his own custom home and is excited to share that experience with others while guiding them through the process. Theron is motivated by his deep love for people. He has coached youth sports teams, is active on various board and committees, and was a volunteer with the Raymond Fire & Rescue Department. Theron also helped found NeFigure8n, which promotes figure 8 racing in county fairs throughout Nebraska.
Theron is married to Brooke, and they have two children, Brystal and Gage. Brooke is a native of Pierce, NE, and she grew up on her family’s farm. The Ahlman family enjoys camping, cage kart racing, and spending quality time with friends.

I built my own custom home, so I truly understand this process, and I will work to make it as smooth as possible for your family. While it can sometimes be stressful, I will do everything I can to make it fun and exciting for everyone involved.
Senior Transition
I help families navigate the process of finding the best and safest senior care possible. I have intimate knowledge of various communities in the area, so I can answer questions to help families make the most educated decision when moving. I will connect families with estate sale companies, movers, and anything else needed to support the sale and transition to a senior community.
