Avid Realty is a 100% locally owned real estate company located in Nebraska.  Kyle Gabriel and Theron Ahlman grew up and have lived in Nebraska their entire lives, and believe what they say and do matters. They started Avid Realty to bring Honesty, Integrity and Passion to their clients.  After being at a brokerage where those core values weren't always followed, they knew there was a better way and wanted what they stood for to be shared by everyone around them.  Those core values are shared and followed by every agent that they bring on to Avid Realty, and if an agent doesn't do what is best for their clients the owners can make a change.
